BCI Technologies, Inc., founded by it’s President Clint Bills, has a 17-year tenure in the security solutions industry. By creating a security system integrator that provided a personal approach to its relationship with the customer that is frequently forgotten, BCI Technologies has achieved a well-founded reputation for providing dynamic solutions to the diverse and evolving needs of its customers.

Since its inception, BCI Technologies, Inc. has become one of the largest integrators in the country with its headquarters in Dallas and regional offices in Phoenix, Atlanta and Boston with additional satellite locations strategically located throughout the United States to accommodate our customers’ growing demand.

With standards established to exceed customer expectations, our custom capabilities include installations, repair, and maintenance programs, from multi-site clients to retail chains to school districts.

We complete new construction and retrofit installations for both national and regional clients using our own personnel to accomplish 85% of all installation projects nationwide. If needed, we can always call upon our trusted network of third-party electronic systems contractors to handle a customer’s request as if we were on location ourselves.

Each client is supported by BCI’s entire staff. However, to promote effective communication and accountability each is provided with two account representatives. One oversees the client’s new system installation project; the other accommodates any service requests the client might have. The resources of the entire department staff support each representative.
